As my FIRST time shopping at Lovisa, the sales woman was very rude and did not speak to me. In fact, nobody acknowledged me. The Cashier was even more anti-social and I did not get help with my questions about earrings. I’ll stick to Zara, Claire’s and Pagoda next time. Those who are ecstatic about customer service will get my business.
Horrible experience. The signs don’t mean anything and the cashier was not accommodating.
