HORRIBLE COMPANY ALL AROUND!! Their so called waterproof long lasting PVD gold jewelry DOES NOT LAST IT FADES TERRIBLY QUICK and good luck trying to email and show photos to their AI customer service agent hoping for a resolution. They are overpriced and scamming customers for $2 worth jewelry. NEVER EVER shopping here again, first and last time getting money from me. As my FIRST time shopping at Lovisa, the sales woman was very rude and did not speak to me. In fact, nobody acknowledged me. The Cashier was even more anti-social and I did not get help with my questions about earrings. I’ll stick to Zara, Claire’s and Pagoda next time. Those who are ecstatic about customer service will get my business.
