I went to get some new nose rings, and when I asked the associate if she thought the diameter was big enough for me she glanced up and went “oh ya they’re bigger than you think, don’t worry about it”. So I took her word for it (mistake since she wasn’t a professional piercer) and to my dismay, the nose rings didn’t fit, and of course I can’t return them…so $25 wasted and I definitely won’t make that mistake again.

Got a piercing from here recently, it got immediately infected and I had to go get antibotics. It took one hour from me telling the piercer I wanted to be pierced and then her actually getting ready to pierce me. While I waited she was just walking around the store aimlessly and then arguing with her boyfriend on the phone. Completely unprofessional NEVER EVER get a piercing from here especially cartilage THEY DO NOT STERILIZE THE EQUIPMENT. My ear is in so much pain

Granted, the store is small, but customers and other store employees who are not getting a piercing should not be talking to an employee in the process of doing the piercing, it’s a distraction and could lead to a mistake.

I visited this store on Friday 12/27 in the afternoon. There was one young lady working and stated that she could not provide me with a receipt. She could only email it. I asked her if I would receive promotional emails and she assured me that I would not. However, I checked my email and I am now getting emails from Lovisa! I am not happy about the fact that she stated this would not happen and it did. I would not have given my email had I known.
