I visited this store on Friday 12/27 in the afternoon. There was one young lady working and stated that she could not provide me with a receipt. She could only email it. I asked her if I would receive promotional emails and she assured me that I would not. However, I checked my email and I am now getting emails from Lovisa! I am not happy about the fact that she stated this would not happen and it did. I would not have given my email had I known.

I'm honestly shocked by all the negative reviews. I just had my ear lobes pierced about 5 days ago at the Streets at Southpoint store. Brooklynne was my piercer and she was absolutely amazing. I didn't feel any pain, she lined them up perfectly, and made sure I was happy with them before I left the store. It was the best, most painless ear piercing experience I've ever had. Great customer service experience as well!

RUDE PIERCER. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Workers had MAAJOR attitude problems. Fine piercing, but bad experience.

I tried to get a piercing but the associate was very unwelcoming, unhelpful and her energy was off so I just went to Claire's.
