The lady was extremely rude , I even gave her a compliment to try to brighten the mood and she just ignored me.
This is my second time shopping here. The same 30-40 year old black woman was working in there, and she made my experience completely unpleasant. I almost didn’t purchase my items because she made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her by checking out or speaking to her to make small talk (she straight up did not respond to anything I said). Terrible costumer service.
Update: Returned for another visit and once again found beautiful jewelry. This time, the new sales associate was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming. She mentioned she’s still fairly new, but her professionalism and overall class truly stood out. A well-deserved round of applause to her!
This was my first time shopping here. My friend was looking for earrings, and I ended up finding a few pairs that I really liked as well. Unfortunately, we were never greeted by the sales associate. The first interaction we had was while I was preparing to check out, when she commented, “You know you two could’ve just bought these together and made one purchase for the deal?” which made the interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable.
