The jewelry was amazing!! Although Jimiliyah was a very unfriendly person. She had a mug on her face, and wasn’t helping her employees who seemed to be trainers at the time. She needs to get that in check.

My experience at Lovisa in The Mall at Green Hills was perfect. As I walked in, I was greeted and the customer service from Brasia was perfect. She helped me pick out the best stud for me, and the whole process of getting the piercings was great. From making sure the studs were perfectly aligned to the actual piercings. Shoutout to Brasia for making my experience at Lovisa a great one. I will definitely be back in the future.
