Update: Returned for another visit and once again found beautiful jewelry. This time, the new sales associate was incredibly helpful, attentive, and welcoming. She mentioned she’s still fairly new, but her professionalism and overall class truly stood out. A well-deserved round of applause to her!
This was my first time shopping here. My friend was looking for earrings, and I ended up finding a few pairs that I really liked as well. Unfortunately, we were never greeted by the sales associate. I wish I had seen the reviews before I bought anything from this store. First, they said everything was on clearance, but when I went to check out, barely any of it was. Second, I bought some earrings and came back a few minutes later to return them after seeing they weren't actually on clearance (because the register didn't show me how much each item was), and when I tried to return it, they told me I couldn't because it was unsanitary, thought nothing mentioned that there was an earring regurn policy.
