They do not accept returns for piercings. This is reasonable, but they do not tell you there are no returns before you purchase. They also insisted we provide an email to get our receipt. But, what’s the point of having a receipt if you can’t return the item. Now my wife is getting tons of promotional emails from Lovisa. Unsubscribe.

Their earrings and hair products are NOT returnable nor exchangeable. I realized one of the four earrings I got was crooked, but they won't exchange it. Very bad experience. The lady kept saying "if you come back on the same day maybe we can exchange" which I don't understand - it's not like a pair of metal earrings would become crooked just because of sitting somewhere for a week!
