I visited this store once before and had a great experience with a helpful and friendly saleswoman who assisted me in selecting some products. However, on a recent visit months later, I was helped by a different associate named Salah. Unfortunately, my experience this time was quite disappointing. Extremely disappointing. They asked you to sign a long waiver with one small clause hidden inside. If the stud gets stuck inside your lope, they are NOT allowed to help you remove or adjust it. To avoid all liability, they ask you to seek professional surgical help. Instead of helping you find a solution, the San Mateo store manager kept blaming the Los Angeles shop that did my piercing.
