My daughter had her 2nd piercing and a helix and I also got helix. Ana took great care of us. She explained step by step and made sure we liked the location of piercings. All the girls were very friendly!It was a great experience and we’ll be back for more!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Lovisa store in North Star Mall, San Antonio, Texas, around 3 PM. 07/05/2025. My daughter bought me a beautiful watch as a gift, but unfortunately, it was too big, and I was never able to wear it. I came into the store kindly asking if they could adjust it, and to my surprise, the woman who attended me (who turned out to be the manager) responded with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. Is this really the kind of behavior expected from a store manager? I’m honestly shocked. What a disappointing and shameful experience.
Both times I got a piercing here, the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
They are stealing from customers. False prices on the receipt compared to the product price. Never will recommend or go there again.
