Mahala was amazing gave great customer service and was very informative on how to take care of my baby’s new piercing. I am soooo glad I found this spot
The employees made me feel uncomfortable. As soon as I entered the store I noticed the employee following me. She asked if I needed help and I politely told her no thank you. Yet she continued to follow me. There were other customers. Yet she targeted me. Maybe 5 minutes later she asked if I finished shopping (reading between the lines Asking me to leave).
My daughter had her 2nd piercing and a helix and I also got helix. Ana took great care of us. She explained step by step and made sure we liked the location of piercings. All the girls were very friendly!It was a great experience and we’ll be back for more!
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Lovisa store in North Star Mall, San Antonio, Texas, around 3 PM. 07/05/2025. My daughter bought me a beautiful watch as a gift, but unfortunately, it was too big, and I was never able to wear it. I came into the store kindly asking if they could adjust it, and to my surprise, the woman who attended me (who turned out to be the manager) responded with an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude.
