The ladies in the shop helped me to find what I needed. I bought this set. Wasn't expensive. The earrings were on clearance! I got four compliments today!

Tiffany is amazing. I took my 8 year old daughter to the mall tonight to get her ears pierced. Not only were we running late (because I’m old, I never go to the mall, and I had no idea it closes at 8pm now), but my daughter was extremely anxious. She wanted her ears pierced but was afraid it would hurt. Tiffany knew just how to talk to her and calm her down and she did a beautiful job on her ears too. 10/10 highly recommend

I bought jewelery at Lovisa and it was poor quality and broke before i ever wore it, the neck choker has a weird plastic connector that isnt aesthetically pleasing, attempted to get an exchange two weeks later with receipt and they would not honor it, they dont do exchanges I was at the desk and the girl worker was texting instead of asking if I needed help. Customer service below par. Go somewhere else with better quality and service

Got my ears pierced by Tiffany. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, she did an amazing job and I will definitely go back to her for my next set. 10/10 recommend
