The lady was patient with us after I was confused with the price. She was working alone on Sat April 18,2026. Had a long line and peolpe waiting to get there ears done. She deserves all the praise for working there alone without help.
Lia is amazing. So kind, gentle, professional and calm. My ear piercing went so smoothly and not painful at all - well maybe just a little stick. :)) Any unkind reviews can not possibly be true. I highly recommend this place for attentive service and great pricing.
They have a super cute collection of earrings and the store associate Alex was super sweet. Happiest birthday to the pisces queen!

My sister and I just got our double helix peirced by Ms. Consuelo at Lakeline mall. Our Piercer was very friendly and walked us through the entire process. I’ve been to Lovisa, Lakeline for multiple ear piercings with friends and family. It’s always an amazing, welcoming experience. I’ve Never had any healing issues. Their after-care solution works wonders!
