What an unprofessional and embarrassing way to handle a customer simply asking questions about an ear piercing done by your staff. I had my daughter’s ears pierced here a few months ago and they won’t come off. I got pierced by Desireé two weeks ago, and she was nice until I came back today to return some earrings. I was the only customer, and I said hi. She was on her phone, looked at me, quietly greeted me, then went back to looking at her phone. I literally said "hii, i am here to return some earrings." but of course she didnt hear me. The lady was patient with us after I was confused with the price. She was working alone on Sat April 18,2026. Had a long line and peolpe waiting to get there ears done. She deserves all the praise for working there alone without help.

Lia is amazing. So kind, gentle, professional and calm. My ear piercing went so smoothly and not painful at all - well maybe just a little stick. :)) Any unkind reviews can not possibly be true. I highly recommend this place for attentive service and great pricing.
