Disgusted by staff attitude. To complain about this misunderstanding that customers have is one thing, and THANK YOU to her wonderful female coworker working register that tried explaining the customers stand point. The confusion comes from clearance signs over all areas of the store, with no staff identifying only the red sticker items are clearance. Bought a necklace and a bracelet from here totaling almost $60. Both broke within 3 days just from me wearing it, and I can't even return either of them "because they were worn". Do not waste your money buying jewelry from Lovisa.

I spent around $75 on a few pairs of earrings and “surgical steel” pieces. Within a week, the gems fell off the earrings, and the “surgical steel” jewelry caused swelling and irritation in healed piercings (2 and 6 years old). I followed proper aftercare, so this is clearly a quality or materials issue. I reached out for a refund, but despite their policy saying they offer returns & refunds within 30 days with proof of purchase, they also say they don’t refund earrings. I came here to get my nose pierced and Zakiya was the absolute BEST, she was SO NICE and helpful! She made me feel so comfortable and welcome!! PLEASE ask for her she is the best!! Such a great experience! I HIGHLY recommend her!
