I typically like what I get here, however I bought earrings for a special occasion which broke within a day due to being extremely poor quality (despite still costing me money). Upon looking at the receipt, I see they will not refund earrings for "hygiene reasons." This makes sense as they could not resell them, but it is still unfair to the customers who spend their money on items that immediately break! Their bracelets are very nice, but I wouldn't reccomend buying earrings here if you want them to last.

Bought a pair of earrings. Went to exchange them and was told earrings are final sale. NO WHERE in the store does it say this. It’s on the “bottom of the receipt” which you get AFTER purchasing. Very good at keeping my $$$. NOT customer relations or business practice.

Staff is friendly and was very helpful when I asked for particular earrings to match my dress. There are a ton of cute options. There’s no refunds on some stuff which is unfortunate but I’m not upset about it, it’s mostly costume jewelry anyway.

Got three people's second ear lobe piercing on a walk in. The staff were friendly, Bekah paid great attention to detail on placement, and was meticulously clean. Would highly recommend!

Found the employees, Angel and Miracle in particular to be unprofessional and rude.
