They give me a deal.Instantly I go back to exchange but they didn't. Very very disappointing and one of the earrings was scracthed and she told me to take that one.But after one min I noticed then I wanted to exchange but she didn't.
I bought $30 Hoop earrings that won’t clip shut the store would not exchange them or refund them because of their hygiene policy but what about customer satisfaction? And how is this a hygiene policy when the earrings are not wearable anyways they are defected and need thrown away or refurbished, which would not cause a hygiene issue. Now I’m out $30 and no earings.
Their items are not good quality earrings don't clasp and they wont refund or replace them. DONT SHOP HERE. Policy sucks like their jewelry.
I purchase earrings 3 days before one pair. was defective. I tried to make an exchange or get a refund. The manager said all sales are final. I will not be buying from there anymore. Don't waste your money.
