Amazing the staff were so nice to me and told me what to do for aftercare since I didn't know much about care. Plus, I thought they had good deal, there was one for "3 for $15" which was a pretty great deal in my opinion. Great overall!
Awful customer service, she pierced my friends ear wrong and refused a refund unless she pulled them out herself after the piercer was the one to mess it up!!
My daughter and I have made it a habit to go to Lovisa on Fridays for the 5 for $12 each. Today they had the sign but at checkout we were told it wasn't ringing up that way. We ended up just leaving everything and since my daughter was disappointed I took her to Claires instead.
Very deceitful place. They have sale signs everywhere and on all the racks and when you check out everything is full price. Don't shop here, such a joke!
