Came on Black Friday and the girl on the register with reddish was extremely un pleasant. She demanded an email for receipt. I was like no it’s ok I don’t need it if everything is final sale. Wanted to write this because there are so many bad reviews. I had a great experience here. I had seen a girl wearing a necklace I liked from there & I went to the store to look at it & two others I had seen online. The store was busy so I tried to find the necklaces myself but couldn’t. I showed the girl at the counter the necklaces online & she asked another girl to help me find them. workers and the manager named monica were highly unprofessional and extremely rude. the employees here are notoriously known for lying to customers, given my experience and looking at other reviews here. the manager monica had a nasty and belittling tone when i was attempting to explain that her employe earlier lied to me about a product being part of the $50 earring set for free. honestly do better. you don’t treat customers by being aggressive, rude, and thinking it’s okay to lie throughout the conversation. monica proved ... read more

They were rude and tough.They didn’t tell me the items are final sale ,and when I try to exchange them,they told me that.Never trust them.
