I stopped by this store yesterday and had such a great experience! Natalie who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and she genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. She made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so welcoming and attentive. Definitely recommend stopping by, you’ll be in good hands if Natalie is there!
Came on Black Friday and the girl on the register with reddish was extremely un pleasant. She demanded an email for receipt. I was like no it’s ok I don’t need it if everything is final sale. She got an attitude and didn’t even say thank you. Like girl you work a minimum wage job. You are not cute acting like that… act your title and wage…
Wanted to write this because there are so many bad reviews. I had a great experience here. I had seen a girl wearing a necklace I liked from there & I went to the store to look at it & two others I had seen online. The store was busy so I tried to find the necklaces myself but couldn’t. I showed the girl at the counter the necklaces online & she asked another girl to help me find them.
