If I could do 0 stars I would I went I 4 days ago to get my helix pierced and they sold me an earring that was too small I followed all the instructions and this is the second time I get a piercing here and it’s gets infected … no other place has done this to me Has to take it out because I was losing my hearing , was dizzy and my earring was being swallowed by my ear because it was to small I want my money back or at least for yall to have your employees explain certain things like how long the earring has to be

i got my ears pierced today with my friend and it went okay. i’ve gotten my ears pierced at lovisa before and they give you a free solution to clean your ears regardless, however they try to sell a $15 one. i thought i was getting my free one, which she said i was. i didnt. the lady who pierced my ears charged me an extra 15 dollars for the solution that i didnt ask for. she also didnt even mention the 15 dollar cleaning solution to me or my friend whatsoever. we both got charged an extra 15 dollars for a solution we didn’t ... read more
