Lovely store. Went with friends on Saturday and the store manager was sweet and helpful. I bought a necklace set. I’ll be back again for sure
Three associates working in the store and not one of them spoke or asked me and my children if we needed assistance or were looking for anything specific. I refuse to spend money on a place that purposely ignores the customers that spend their hard earned money there. Oh but they did speak to a white lady that came in after we did.... go figure
I don’t know about the jewelry but one thing for sure, DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED HERE!!!!! Go to someone professional using needle!!!! I know piercing hurts but she did not do a good job on my ear. I have been using sterile saline solution to clean them and taking proper care of them! She pierced them too tight and wrong. My ear turned blue and hurts much more than a normal piercing hurts. I went to the professional shop and they said the piercing was done poorly. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The earrings are extremely cheap and fragile. I spent $50 on two pairs of very small earrings to have one bend completely upon taking out of the package and the other break upon taking them out before bed. Also, no returns on earrings even if they haven't been worn. You'd honestly get better quality shopping on Temu. Needless to say I won't be scammed from here again. Save your money.
LOST A CUSTOMER!!! I used to enjoy shopping at this store because they had good promo deals like the 3 for $10, etc. But just recently, I bought some earrings (that are now 3 for $18) nothing was wrong with them, still in perfect condition how it was purchased. I didn’t try them on or anything, i just didn’t have anything to wear with them after all. So the next day I went back to get my refund back.
