This was my first time visiting the store after my flat-back helix earring fell out and I needed a replacement. The jewelry is beautiful and reasonably priced. Customer service was a bit hit or miss, but I interacted with all four staff members. One young lady truly went above and beyond helping me find the correct gauge and hoop size I was looking for, and the other two were very pleasant as well. The store itself is small and can feel a bit overwhelming when it gets crowded.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Lovisa Jewelry Store in Pentagon City (Branch 54901). I purchased several earrings, and when I got home the same day, one of them had already broken in the bag, indicating it was defective. When I returned to the store a few days later, the employee who assisted me, a woman with neck length blonde locks, explained their policy about no refunds or exchanges for earrings due to hygiene reasons. I love the jewelry here and am a frequent shopper. However, l've consistently had poor interactions with the staff. On multiple occasions, employees have been unwelcoming, engaging in whispering and eye-rolling that made me feel very uncomfortable and like a nuisance. I will never return to this place again!

Don’t ever buy anything from none of this store they are rude unprofessional customer service sucks they return policy needs to be change every one have a return policy this not back in the 90’s boycott let’s go
