I went in too look at some hair accessories. As I was taking one down, the sales lady starting shouting or screaming "NO! NO!" from across the store. It was such bizarre and unprofessional behavior!! I was picking up the item to take a closer look. ( a hairband) I left right away because her behavior was so rude. There are many other places to buy hair accessories that have respectable customer service, Lovisa is not one of these stores.
