Awful customer service. There was a line and the lady left and the line stood there for about 20 minutes. She was completely unhelpful when she finally did return to the register she was incompetent. They need to be trained better on doing their job efficiently. Coming from someone who works in customer service they need to do better.

Alae was very helpful and really kind to me and my daughter who was getting pierced for the first time she was very gentle and patient with us and helped us out through every step 10/10.

I go in the store for belly button piercings and I specifically ask an employee for a screw on top. She told me the ones I had in my hand was a screw on top, so I buy them. I get home and open the box to see that the piercing is not a screw on top. The next day, I go back to the store to return or exchange for a screw on top. The same employee told me that it was final sale for belly button piercings and she was shocked it wasn’t a screw on top. No where on the receipt or in the store does it say that belly button piercings ... read more
