So me and my fiancée got our daughters ears pierced here we had already paid one time the lady told us it didn’t go through on the computer but it went through on the card she made us pay again had to pay with a whole other card very upset because we got charged twice for it and she said call the bank and they did they said nothing we can do about it very upset got charged twice also waited forever in the store to get her ears pierced called customer service everything is a mess highly upset

i bought one belly ring and when i switched out my original piercing for it i noticed swelling redness and lots of pain after a week. the next few weeks i still had it in nothing changed it only got worse. the bottom piece was tarnishing and turned my piercing green and almost infected along with it. their products are NOT surgical steel and they are liars. i went into the store i got it from to just try to make a point. the two people behind the counter looked at me like i was crazy as i was telling them my experience with ... read more

Employees sit behind the counter on their phones and didn’t think it important to advise customers of their return/exchange policy because “it says it on the bottom of the receipt.” It’d be nice to have all the information BEFORE purchasing in order to make an educated decision on whether or not to shop there. But I digress 🤷🏽‍♀️ if you’re unsure of your purchase at all, don’t even bother
