If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. They have the absolute worst return policy ever and the associates don’t bother mentioning that to you at checkout. I’ve given this place multiple tries to just be upset each and every time. I’d rather just buy my jewelry at Amazon

If I could give zero stars I would! No mention at the time of checkout there are no returns on earrings! The whole store is marked up with 60% off at checkout I realized ilmy items in fact were not included. $35 for some simple silver hoops. When I walked out and found a pair at Macy's for $16 I went back to return. Literally 5 mins. Was told no returns on ear rings. I bought items from the “5 for $12” section. At checkout, I noticed they charged me $60 instead. I immediately asked to cancel the transaction (I was still at the counter), but the cashier said it wasn’t possible. The manager also refused and told me to come back later, and they didn’t want to give me my receipt. After seeing other reviews, this place feels like a scam.

I got my first piercings here about nine months ago. The piercer took a long time and didn’t seem very careful, and unfortunately, one of my ears still hasn’t healed properly despite following all the aftercare instructions. When I called the shop for advice, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
