Horrible customer service. There’s a reason why the store has much lower reviews than other stores.They accidentally charged me $12 for $2 item. I asked for a receipt confused why I was charged total a lot for the stuff I got, they said it can only be emailed. So I left the store and only received the receipt 20 minutes later. I called and the nice woman (with short coily hair who rung me up) said I can just come back and get a refund. Way over priced and everything broke or lost stones within the first day. It was my daughter’s report card reward to go here and completely ruined.
Honestly every time I come here I get the BEST customer service. Literally everyone is so kind. Today I was taking off my makeup and accidentally lost my nose piercing I just got I rushed back to Lovisa where I got it pierced and Kay helped me right away got a new one in no problem. I had it pierced less than two weeks ago so I was nervous about it getting messed up she let me in ten minutes early and helped me out. I’m so appreciative of everyone who works there!
Teri was wonderful with piercing myself and my daughter and her friend! She explained everything thoroughly; was extremely sanitary and so nice! Definitely recommend her
Kay was very helpful in me finding my earrings
