I had my ears pieced at this establishment a year ago, I ended up getting a bad infection with both piercings even following the aftercare as explained, employees were rude and my earrings that I paid $50 for fell apart after 3 weeks of use. I would not recommend visiting this establishment if you’re wanting to get your ears pierced, or have a nice experience!
I had a really disappointing experience at this Lovisa location. The staff were surprisingly rude and dismissive when I asked about making a return. There's no return policy posted anywhere in the store, which makes it confusing for customers. I completely understand not being able to return sealed items like nose jewelry for hygiene reasons - that makes sense.
