Highly disappointed! I came here for an ear piercing, but backed out last minute from nerves. The manager told me I could come back at any time to receive the piercing when I was up for it. I changed my mind about it altogether, and I came back 24 hours later for a refund. Me and my grandmother came in looking for piercings and Kay gave us a tour of the piercing board and $15 off. I would definitely recommend being pierced at Lovisa awesome customer service very helpful. I will definitely be back.

Hello, I visited this location for ear piercings and had a very upsetting experience with two employees. One employee became angry when I asked to switch my earrings to another color, threw a mop on the floor, and started yelling. Because of how uncomfortable and unprofessional the situation became, I canceled the piercings for both myself and my sister and requested a refund. I still have not received the refund and would like an update on when it will be processed. I am very disappointed with how we were treated.
