There were two ladies working yesterday that couldn’t have been nicer. My daughter and I couldn’t have felt more welcome in the store by their warm, friendly and helpful attitudes.

Walked in to get my seconds done and as the guy was about to pierce them, I realize he did NOT have gloves on. After that I noticed they were not even and they were too high on my ear. 2-3 days later they became infected ! After calling the store to speak with the manager they did nothing. Did not care about what happened ! Do not go to get piercing ! Yes I know that is my fault for not going to a specialist but I didn’t think someone can mess up that bad. NOW I KNOW DO NOT GO TO THEM

Found some great jewelry there, sterling silver, white gold, even platinum, for a decent price and the staff is very nice as well.

Deceitful business practices. Look up online for yourself because in store, you won’t know the policy until AFTER you make a purchase and read the entire receipt. Seriously?? On earrings which is about 50-75% of what they sell, it states, 30 day returns. Then if you keep reading of course it states you cannot return or exchange earrings, after you’ve purchased them…Why not just say no returns or exchanges?? And post it in the store. Shady. Went here for birthday shopping! Picked out a cute set of pearl earrings! Cheap and do not infect ears! Love love, definitely coming back soon 💕
