Recently got pierced here and just don’t, I got (2 cartilages) on each ear and had to mark my piercing myself, and all of them are crooked. one of them is on my cartilage the other is behind my ear! The people working were saying “from now on let’s not do that” when something went wrong doing my piercing! Didn’t plan on being a test subject. 1/28/2026 at 6:21 pm today ! Since I don’t have her name i just put in my statement the date and day I visited this store , I believe this is the only way the management can find her name to the complaint I am going to put on my statement! I and my sister walk in the store to purchase earrings with the sale 3 set for 25 , and we walk out very disappointed with lady working on the store ! There were two ladies working yesterday that couldn’t have been nicer. My daughter and I couldn’t have felt more welcome in the store by their warm, friendly and helpful attitudes.
Walked in to get my seconds done and as the guy was about to pierce them, I realize he did NOT have gloves on. After that I noticed they were not even and they were too high on my ear. 2-3 days later they became infected ! After calling the store to speak with the manager they did nothing. Did not care about what happened ! Do not go to get piercing ! Yes I know that is my fault for not going to a specialist but I didn’t think someone can mess up that bad. NOW I KNOW DO NOT GO TO THEM
Found some great jewelry there, sterling silver, white gold, even platinum, for a decent price and the staff is very nice as well.
