Went here twice. First time, employees kept creeping over our shoulders making sure we aren't stealing even after handing us a basket 😑. Second time, the employee was not friendly at all, no nice tone, no quick smile, very blunt and unpleasant. Where is the customer service?! Overall very rude and I dislike the inaccurate profiling when me and my friend weren't even trying to steal or hide anything, we were very loud and open. This location is NOT it.
I went in Lovisa for the very first time on October 12, 2025 to purchase some jewelry for my wedding. The layout of the store was clean and fairly well organized. Celebrated my wedding late October. Two days into wearing my new jewelry I realized that my ear was swollen and itchy. I am not sensitive to jewelry, but I did realize the jewelry had turned green.
