Bad quality and overpriced jewelry. I spent $25.99 on a navel ring and the “gold” tarnished only after a few weeks and then fell apart. Would not recommend getting jewelry here.
Went here to get gifts for my flower girls and the lady working was so friendly and helpful.
Great selection and variety of inexpensive jewelry. Two days before my wedding I stopped in for earrings to match my rehearsal dress. I ended up finding a gorgeous pair to wear with my bridal gown instead! I had purchased several pairs from bridal stores but the earrings from Lovisa looked best. I would have saved myself a lot of time and money if only I looked here first.
Gave me the wrong size earrings for my daughter. I called to talk to the manager Sunday they told me to call back and then ignored every time I called which was 8 times from Sunday to Tuesday. I told them I live 3 hours away and can’t come in that day and asked what I could do they said to call back I have been calling for 3 days now.
