I just wanted to give a shout out to Krysta! 🤍 she was not only super kind and helpful but also made us feel super calm/comfortable during my 6 year olds first ear piercing and also my first nose piercing. Go to Krysta for your piercings ☺️
Terrible customer service! They do not stand behind their work. If THEY mess up a piecing the customer is expected to REPAY to correct it. My 15y old daughter got her ears pierced. They were completely uneven. Like obviously. And we are told that she must pay AGAIN for him to fix it. I was given the complete runaround (total scam) to contact the manager, district manager and finally customer service in NY who were conveniently all not available. So frustrating
The store has a great variety of beautiful accessories, but the biggest downside is the attitude of the staff member working at the counter. I was shopping with my young children, and they only touched the products to take a look. However, she openly showed an unfriendly attitude, closely watching them and repeatedly rearranging the items with a frustrated look on her face, even though the kids didn’t displace anything. the girl who did my piercing was really sweet but they tell you to twist your piercing once a day, don’t do that!! it may cause infection and tears the skin !
