The store has a great variety of beautiful accessories, but the biggest downside is the attitude of the staff member working at the counter. I was shopping with my young children, and they only touched the products to take a look. the girl who did my piercing was really sweet but they tell you to twist your piercing once a day, don’t do that!! it may cause infection and tears the skin !
Not happy! I went to take my grandaughter to get her ears pierced. I was charged $15 for the solution that I could have gotten for a lot less. This is extremely upsetting because the employees profit for selling these solutions and they try hard to convince you to buy. This is how they make more money. SMH!!! They need to drop the price or give the customer the option to go elsewhere!!
I had the most lovely experience with Amari. She went above and beyond, greeting me, helping me look at body jewelry & even offered me to get a piercing (which is something I was just about to go get done!!) I didn’t know Lovisa offered more than ear lobe piercings. She is so beautiful & well put together, makes your store look even better! You don’t get good customer service anymore.. but I can count on it when I come here for my jewelry.
