My sister and I got our ears pierced today at around 5 pm, and the 2 girl workers were so kind and helpful! They informed us and helped us when we fainted. Amazing service!

Terrible experience at Lovisa. My 11-month-old child had her ears pierced here, and the staff clearly had no idea how to do it safely. Her ears were pierced crooked and uneven. I already emailed Lovisa about this, but received ZERO response. Completely unprofessional. I will never return and strongly advise other parents to avoid this place.

i went in today with two of my friends and the workers were so so sweet!! showed me all their best jewelry and promoted their biggest sales!! We were in there for about 45 minutes today and the employees were so sweet piercing my friends ears and helping us find the right jewelry for ourselves!

Horrible store and items! Purchased jewelry for a wedding and the necklaces tarnished the day I wore them, literally had to take them off because of how ugly they turned (not to mentioned I paid almost $50 for the 2). I then went to return other items I purchased only 2 days after the 30-day return period and was turned away, even with the receipt and jewelry in tact in the initial packaging. So disappointed with the items and service, I will be sure all of my friends and family know NOT to purchase from here.
