Nothing is even at outlet mall pricing so don’t expect cheaper prices, and i bought a pair of earrings with an ear cuff and i tried it on once i got in the car and it just fell right off my ear. I went back in thinking i could return it and she said “we can’t take returns due to health reasons”…. WHAT?! What doesn’t make sense is that fact that i can put my hands all over it but as soon as it touched the cartilage on my ear, she couldn’t take it anymore…. 35$ down the drain.

Very good place for all family needs of Jwellery and they have very good stylists and their service is good. Both Sana and Zara are nice at this store.

The jewelry is cute and affordable but all purchases are non-refundable if you don’t give them your email. They didn’t tell me this when I checked out, so when I went to return an item, I was told it’s only eligible for an exchange. I know this practice is becoming more commonplace in retail, but it would’ve been nice to know at the time I was checking out.

I had my second and third lobe piercings done by Daneka at the Lovisa store on my birthday, and she made the whole experience so special! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The piercings were quick, precise, and almost painless. She paid great attention to placement, and I’m so happy with how they turned out.
