I would like to share my recent experience at Lovisa. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a lady who proceeded to inform me about the specials. I had my Pomeranian with me, as I had done in several other stores. However, after a few minutes, the same lady asked me to leave because pets were not allowed in the store. I found this request quite unexpected and peculiar, considering my previous experiences at other establishments.

Except for the store manager Elda,staff have no clue about pricing. The price shown on the store display and the actual amount billed are very different. For Standard package nose piercing it says $29.99 but they charged over $48 before tax. The store associate simply charged the card and had no clue on why pricing displayed in the store is different. Similarly in our earlier visits, bill amount is more than what the board says. In short, they expect customers to pay whatever amount they charge at the time of check-out
