Rude service
Very unpleasant experience, served by Laiba (staff at LOVISA) - she was not helpful at all and on top of that she was being rude and having racist behaviour. Please take action on this. Time and date this happened - Sunday, Nov 9, 2025 at 2-3PM.
I am not Judging anyone in this comment but I have to talk about. Laiba, a staff member. She was not answering my questions at all, plus having rude and disrespectful behaviour, then I left. Not happy at all.
Visited today ( Oct 13 around noon ). The 2 employees that helped us were Fantastic. Our 5 year old had her ears pierced and it there were alot of tears. The Gal that did the piercing was so Incredibly patient and kind and understanding- Thank you!!
