Not only was the employee initially very rude to me upon coming in, but she proceeded to pierce three people's ears back to back without taking a breaks in between two check out her long line of customers. I can understand she was providing a service but she needs to manage her duties more efficiently and treat customers better. I waited in line for over 25 minutes, and wasn't able to go to another store I wanted to before 7pm closing. Couldn't be more displeased.

Tierman and David pierced my ears and did an incredible job! They were friendly, helped me pick out the best option for me, and were able to accommodate for me. They double checked they were in the correct spots and did a great job. Will go again!
Had a terrible experience here, after coming to get a second ear piercing they pierced over the same hole of the first piercing and were blaming it on us saying the first piercing wasn't done right which shouldn’t happen if you have a “professional” piercing shop. worst experience ever , My teenage daughter went in for a second lobe piercing and they did her so wrong. They pierced it too close to her existing piercing. They took them out and they advised her to come in next day to get a refund and she did , she was blown off by the so called manager and was treated so rudely. Dont ever go there! Boise Idaho location
