Went to get my ears pierced today and they pierced one crooked so you can see the back of the earring because they did it at a diagonal. and now I have to let it heal and go have it properly done again.
Employee (whom I guess is manager or supervisor) followed my younger sister throughout the store because she tried on an earring ( that she purchased mind you) in the store mirror. The employee then snatched the jewelry I had in my hand a walked it to the register when I was not done with my shopping. It honestly made me uncomfortable and not want to support a company like this any further.
We’ve gotten three piercing done here. Each time was fantastic. We went last night and Ashley was the best. Pierced my daughter’s ears fast, accurate, and with a lot of care. We will be back!
Ashley was extremely helpful ! Came before closing and she assisted however she could without making me feel rushed. Thoroughly enjoyed her help and would return!
None of the employees know about the product. “They just sell the jewelry and do piercings” before I could leave the item that I spent $23.00 on literally broke in my hand in front of the clerk. I was not offered a refund for the poor quality of product or service.
