I see there are a lot of bad reviews. I am fortunate to say that I can’t relate, because my sister and I had a phenomenal experience. I went to get my first ear piercing, and her second. An employee named Nini/Neenee (please forgive me if I am spelling her name wrong) gave us the perfect piercing experience. She was knowledgeable on how to pierce & deals happening within the store, she was very polite, very efficient, and our piercings didn’t hurt with her. I went today for the first time and my experience in this store was great! The store manager was very sweet and helpful. I believe her name was Melany. Would definitely keep coming back!
Went to get my ears pierced today and they pierced one crooked so you can see the back of the earring because they did it at a diagonal. and now I have to let it heal and go have it properly done again.
Employee (whom I guess is manager or supervisor) followed my younger sister throughout the store because she tried on an earring ( that she purchased mind you) in the store mirror. The employee then snatched the jewelry I had in my hand a walked it to the register when I was not done with my shopping. It honestly made me uncomfortable and not want to support a company like this any further.
We’ve gotten three piercing done here. Each time was fantastic. We went last night and Ashley was the best. Pierced my daughter’s ears fast, accurate, and with a lot of care. We will be back!
