I agree with all the 1 star reviews the people that work here are very dishonest and thieves. I’m shocked this place is still open. NEVER buy anything from this store, just walk past it. I should’ve looked at the reviews b4 purchasing, but they will reap what they sow!
I walked in and was in the store 5 minutes. I didn’t get a greeting or anyone asking if I needed help. Mind you, I’m the only one in the store. When you’re selling a costume jewelry bracelet at $20 at least make it worth it with customer service. I walked straight out and across to H&M. Don’t spend your money at places with rude people. This was 5/15/25 at 4:20pm
Paying $65 for 3 pieces of jewelry that tarnished the second day I wore it is crazy!!! Shop here if you like to get ripped off
I wish you could give zero stars because one is too generous. I brought my daughter last week to the mall to treat her she picked out a silver necklace with her initial on it the sales lady asked if she wanted any earrings I said sure if she wanted some. I really wasn’t paying attention I was more focused on my daughter the total was $50 but I was fine with it if she wanted the items. Good afternoon, I went today to return the earrings and the same sales rep was there. She was very rude and aggressive. She kept saying that returns and refunds were not allowed. I showed her the email authorization allowing me to return the earrings And she kept reading the email and saying that “I didn’t have to do a review, and she didn’t see where she lied” I told her exactly how she she lied to me in stating that the solution was 20 dollars but the earrings were free.
