We’ve gotten three piercing done here. Each time was fantastic. We went last night and Ashley was the best. Pierced my daughter’s ears fast, accurate, and with a lot of care. We will be back!
Ashley was extremely helpful ! Came before closing and she assisted however she could without making me feel rushed. Thoroughly enjoyed her help and would return!
None of the employees know about the product. “They just sell the jewelry and do piercings” before I could leave the item that I spent $23.00 on literally broke in my hand in front of the clerk. I was not offered a refund for the poor quality of product or service.
I agree with all the 1 star reviews the people that work here are very dishonest and thieves. I’m shocked this place is still open. NEVER buy anything from this store, just walk past it. I should’ve looked at the reviews b4 purchasing, but they will reap what they sow!
I walked in and was in the store 5 minutes. I didn’t get a greeting or anyone asking if I needed help. Mind you, I’m the only one in the store. When you’re selling a costume jewelry bracelet at $20 at least make it worth it with customer service. I walked straight out and across to H&M. Don’t spend your money at places with rude people. This was 5/15/25 at 4:20pm
