We are on vacation in Surfers and I wanted to get a piercing done so I looked up reviews and decided on Lovisa The young girl who did my piercing today was so lovely and it was in the exact place where I wanted it. I highly recommend going to the Paradise Centre store fabulous service!

I was really disappointed with the quality of the earrings and the customer service there. I really regret shopping at the Surfers Paradise store on July 27th. I spent $39.99 to buy silver earrings, but they are very difficult to put on because the design doesn’t make sense. Additionally, the staff wasn’t friendly at all. Normally, when a customer buys something, it’s common sense to say thank you. She looked unhappy to be working there and didn’t say anything.
