We had such a great experience here at Lovisa Port Macquarie with Seanna and the manager Melody, especially with piercings. My daughter almost fainted and the care we got before, during and afterwards was unlike anything we've ever experienced, they offered my daughter food, they fanned her down with brochures, turned the lights off for a little while & went through the whole process so thoroughly, we will definitely come back again
Me and my friends got our lobes pierced by Tayla, they healed very quickly and she was very helpful!!
The service is really poor, with staff there who don't seem to want to do any work. We were turned away twice for ear piercing service, the 1st time was due to closing in a hour, and they didnt eant to reclean the equipment. The next day after being told we could return at any time for ear piercing, no booking required as the service would available all day, we returned only to be turned away and told we should have called to book, and come back at 1pm when they have the piercer on-site. Tayla is a lovely young worker who served me recently, she was very helpful in finding some jewellery perfect for a trip to the desert for me later this year. She had the most expertise customer service and kind! Highly recommend
