I visited yesterday. Love their deal, very good products in reasonable price, 💍 are very beautiful,i bought any 4 in 10 $ , customer service was really good,sells girls sanjida helps me a lot for choice the items. Highly recommended.

I’ve just come from here, the 3 girls in here pounded on to me with so many questions and unnecessary upselling, in 2 mins I was treated like a thief, I actually work in the mall and I’m on my break I just needed a a hair tie or clip, until then, I just had to leave before a have a panic attack these girls just wouldn’t let me look and me spend my own money, I feel so awfully uncomfortable and abit shaken, come on please do better. Ps I use to work in a lovisa store which I loved my job experience there,

I went to lovisa to buy some earrings and I told the manager about my earrings i bought yesterday and I told her I have damaged earrings and asked her if she could fix it or no, but this young girl had so much attitude and the way she talked was very aggressive. She could have said to me no sorry we cannot do that, but she didn’t she should learn how to speak to customers before becoming manager
