I went in today to get my ears pierced and the young girl who served me was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and was very professional at piercing and made sure they were in the perfect position on my ears. I’ve been elsewhere recently for piercings, but I will definitely be coming back to the Eastland store for further piercings!

Had an amazing customer experience with Heidi . She helped me find a replacement for my engagement ring while it was being resized. Was so helpful and found me the best possible one that looked nearly the same!! She was great 😊

Had the best experience with the beautiful staff on Monday 30th Sep and Thurs 3rd Oct. My girls had Ears Pierced and the ladies working that day made my children feel very comfortable and calm. They were professional and I couldn’t ask for anything else. They even offered to come back when to change over the earrings 💝 being a nervous mum to remove them ,I was very happy how much they cared for the kids. Thank you ☺️
