Today I visited the Louisa Jewellery store in Ringwood and had the most wonderful experience, thanks to Molly. She was incredibly kind, friendly, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Molly took the time to explain the different types of jewellery and materials, making it so much easier for me to choose. When I came in to get my ears pierced and asked if I could, a blonde white girl who was the staff was groaning and she was telling her other staff member and said she wants a piercing and was in agony, and looking like she was making fun of me. I just told her it is okay I can do it another day since she wasn't in the mood to do it. Why can't she just say it nicely or not groan in front of my face. It was very rude I recommend you don't come here
