When I came in to get my ears pierced and asked if I could, a blonde white girl who was the staff was groaning and she was telling her other staff member and said she wants a piercing and was in agony, and looking like she was making fun of me. I just told her it is okay I can do it another day since she wasn't in the mood to do it. Why can't she just say it nicely or not groan in front of my face. It was very rude I recommend you don't come here

I had an amazing experience at the Eastland Lovisa this morning thanks to Nabiha! She was really accommodating, personable, and genuinely interested in helping me. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back next time for a piercing.
I took my 11 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. We were actually heading somewhere else but noticed they offered piercings. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodated our request for a dual piercing. Highly recommend.
