I had an amazing experience at the Eastland Lovisa this morning thanks to Nabiha! She was really accommodating, personable, and genuinely interested in helping me. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back next time for a piercing.
I took my 11 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. We were actually heading somewhere else but noticed they offered piercings. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodated our request for a dual piercing. Highly recommend.
Alena is amazing so approachable and very helpful... I'm a mature lady that need accessories for a very special event and had no idea where to start.. I gave her the top I was wearing and she happily showed me options.. Arena is a true asset to Lovisa Eastland.. thankyou xx
