I got my ears pierced from here and a kind worker called Rasha helped me choose the perfect design for my ears and made my experience beautiful, she was AMAZING, definately coming back here again.
Came in for an ear piercing where I was attended to by Layal. She had exceptional customer service and gave a quick and efficient process . She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and helped me with tips of piercing aftercare. Couldn't recommend her enough

We had an amazing experience at Lovisa Bankstown Central, thanks to Rasha! She did an excellent job piercing my daughter’s and wife’s ears. She was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Her attention to hygiene and precision was outstanding. I had good customer service but when I went into the store was busy. After getting 2 cartilage piercings one of them got infected. Tried everything over 7 ish months and still no healing. I cleaned it with salt water and it did absolutely nothing. Had to take out the piercing within the 4 months and haven't put anything back it. The hole is still there and sore everyday. I'm very disappointed and never going back to any Lovisa for piercing only going to Skinkandy from now on. They've done all my other piercings and no infect... read more
