Where do I start. First off, I found the constant ‘here have a basket’ ‘have a basket’ very annoying. When I’m trying to shop and people keep interrupting to offer a basket was over the top and too much. However, tall lady with brown hair was AMAZING! Thank you so much, Alex. I come and go to Werribee plazas Lovisa regularly for my Pin up jewellery needs. Lately there has been a new face within their team. She is a tall young lady with such a pleasant personality and is so respectful to clients something that is very rare these days in retail and is always willing to help the client. I even asked about her bangles and ended up buying 3 of the 6 she wears. She has great taste as well as manners. Well done Lovisa for hiring her.
I find it abhorrent that I need to hear the blood curdling screams of extremely young unconsenting babies getting their ears pierced, throughout Pacific werribee coming from this shop.
I'm writing to complain about the bad service I've gotten here several times. One of your workers, who has light brown or orange hair and freckles, has been rude to me. She ignored me when I asked for help and gave me mean looks. Today, she called me a slur , which really upset me. Because of this, I don't plan to come back.
The girls are on counter talking to each other’s and they don’t have manners how to talk with customers. Very disappointing
