I'm writing to complain about the bad service I've gotten here several times. One of your workers, who has light brown or orange hair and freckles, has been rude to me. She ignored me when I asked for help and gave me mean looks. Today, she called me a slur , which really upset me. Because of this, I don't plan to come back.
The girls are on counter talking to each other’s and they don’t have manners how to talk with customers. Very disappointing
The collection was less and repetitive from the past 6 months. I wish there were more good deals and variety of designs.
The customer service at this store is very disappointing. The manager needs to provide proper training to the staff. I visited today around 6 PM and encountered two women who did not know how to address customers properly. The service was terrible, and I will avoid going to this store in the future because customer service is very important to me. It's crucial how customers are treated.
I went on a 20 minute drive to get my ears pierced bc on the website it says free ear piercing with a purchase of a piercing stud. Asked the lady she said you have to get $60 worth of items to get free piercings??!! I’m not happy, and not sure that I’ll come back. Owner please reply to see if I can change my Mind.
