Went to Lovisa Burwood to get our daughters’ ears pierced. Zuzu was so lovely and gentle with them. Thank you! You made their day :)
Zuzu did a great job! She was super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. I got my piercing done and she did it very professionally. She was also very kind and easy to talk to. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend Zuzu!
Staff were very nice but when got my seconds done on my ear they were in two completely different places on the ear and on an angle.

Bad customer service (Hijab lady) Very disengaged in conversations and not bothered to do her job!! Followed my friend around the store and bag checked her to find nothing. Embarrassing
