Went into Lovisa last week with my autistic daughter to get her ears pierced, Hayley helped ensure the shop was a safe environment, she turned off the music and talked to my girl until she felt comfortable with getting her new piercings, she continued being bubbly and talking about princess while we done the piercings we went home with the biggest smiles, thank you so much for the amazing experience I would definitely recommend going here to any parents with scared little ones
Amazing service from the second I walked through the door. I was greeted with a cheery attitude by both girls working and they were more than happy to help. Hayley gave great customer service and was amazing in assisting me with my new piercings. Even with me being incredibly nervous to get them done she talked me through the whole experience and was knowledgeable on all my questions. Daughter had ears done and service was amazing
Went there at 5:45, lights off door shut, no one there, says it closes at 6, apparently no, fix it. Half an hour wasted.
