Very happy with the service from both Erin and Abby. Friendly and helpful. Their piercing service is spot on. It's not high-end jewelry, but Lovisa doesn't pretend to be. For cheap and cheerful pieces to complete a look, it's perfect.
I bought an anklet from orana mall lovisa. 27 something dollars wasted as not even a week afterwards, the loop where the clip and the anklet it self connect broke, causing me to have to take it back and get a new one. I purchased a new one less than a week ago, 3 dollars less, so I got that back. However today, it broke once again. Jewelry is terrible quality, way too fragile to even want to purchase. It was a waste of almost 30 dollars. Would not recommend

Great experience getting a second ear piercing. The lady that did it - I can’t remember her name but it started with C and she had short black hair - was very thorough and gave great advice as well as being really friendly.
I have too much bad experience.
