I had such a wonderful experience at Lovisa getting my two earlobe piercings and one nostril piercing done. I can’t remember the lovely staff member’s name, but she was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and helpful. After having a very upsetting experience at another store, a friend suggested I walk into Lovisa and see if they could do my piercings. I am so glad I did! Went to get pierced at Lovisa… Mikayla was amazing! Took my baby to get her ears pierced and she was so helpful and comforting and professional. Great service would totally recommend to anyone

I had a disappointing experience. One of the staff members took my items to the counter while I was still browsing, which felt a bit pushy and rushed. They also didn’t ask if I needed a bag. Never going to it again, thanks

Nice place but the jewelry is cheap and crappy. Bought a cross necklace for everyday use and as you could imagine I took great care of it, only for the chain to break a week later. Cute design though. Unimpressed. Do better.
