Has a former Manager of the company myself I wasn’t impressed today while visiting. Three ladies behind the counter just talking, there were a number of customers in store and no one was being helped or even acknowledged. I went to the 3 for $30 three separate times and even to the counter and still wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed a hand. The girls at this store are so lovely ! However when we came past today (16/06/25), some lady - who seemed like a higher up, was yelling at one of the younger girls who worked there. Doesn’t matter what’s happened it was so unprofessional and horirble. A grown woman. A few other people saw the interaction including other store owners and were as disgusted as me. Seen this behaviour a few times. Poor employees. Grow up

Beautiful and helpful young girls who work here, however a couple times i’ve gone in and higher ups have been visiting / working. These GROWN women are horrible and unprofessional, the way they talk to and treat their employees is disgusting and rude. Not a good look in front of customers. Wouldn’t want my daughter working there

We got our daughter’s ears pierced here yesterday and my goodness the ladies were so patient and so caring towards our girl. They made her feel so comfortable and kept checking in with her. She was able to choose her earrings and the ladies gave her a teddy to hold and name. When it came time to pierce her ears the ladies hid the ear gun from my daughter’s sight. I would highly recommend Lovisa Joondalup to get your little one’s ears pierced.
