Remy was super helpful in finding me the perfect earrings and ring to match my dress.
One of the girls working there was very rude and abrupt when she wanted to get around my mum, who was just standing there browsing. It’s not nice to make customers feel like they’re in your way, it makes them feel unwelcome. A simple friendly “excuse me” would’ve been enough. Then when we were buying a necklace that was clearly marked with a red sticker as $5, the girl at the counter said it was actually $7 and laughed when we said they should be honouring the sticker clearly marked on the product.
