I was serve by Teneille today, she did my seconds and throughout the whole process she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. She was also very helpful in assisting me in choosing which earrings, she gave me good advice and also suggested buying the clear silicone earrings because at my school we’re not allowed to have more than one earring in our Ear; This was my first time getting my ears pierced by Lovisa and I am proud to say I had a wonderful experience thanks to Teneille❤️
I was served by Scarlet today. Even though the store was very busy she was relaxed, happy, friendly and upbeat. This type of customer interaction makes shopping instore rather than online a pleasure. I enjoyed shopping at Lovisa today.
