Purchased an item two days ago for a gift and went back in today as someone else has already purchased it for them. Item was unopened, in the tissue paper the lady wrapped it in when she sold it to me and had the receipt but I wasn’t able to get a refund or exchange it. Absolutely ridiculous. Lady said it was because it was a body piecing item yet I remember when I purchased asking the lady then and she said it would be fine as long as it was unopened and had the receipt. Visited today it's always a pleasure. The sales assistant noticed I was holding g a few items and brought me a basket which I was grateful for. I enjoyed getting interesting new pieces of jewellery for a good price and very friendly service, the store was quite busy.
Worst shopping experience. Will never go there again and won't recommend anyone.
