Installed a new furnace for us about 1 year ago. Our house is warmer, and our Nipsco bill has gone down.
We have been long time clients of Lovings. Have used them for the purchase a new furnace, they installed new a/c a few yrs back, have repaired microwave ovens, & my washer & dryer too. Very pleasant staff, the repairmen are all very knowledgable as well. I do reccommend them all the time!
Lovings installed a new furnace for us and we are couldn't be happier with the equipment and labor. Start to finish we are very pleased with the whole process. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our heating and cooling needs
Get conflicting prices from the office and the technician. Tech charges more on the job than what the office quotes. When you call to discuss, manager will not call back. You must call back several times to talk to manager and they are very unhelpful and very very unfriendly. They charge different amounts and have had this issue several different times. Please avoid this company and go somewhere else!!! Save yourself time, money, and respect. Would give 0 stars if possible!!!!! Sent away tech because price was way more than ... read more
