So I’m purchasing a vehicle through them the transmission went out maybe 1-200 miles earlier and I had to purchase another one fine ok ! I did that still paying my note and the transmission never missed a note now it’s been a year this month and in that time my vehicle has went through 4 transmissions it’s was in the shop all summer literally end of may until the end of July so now I’m stuck without a vehicle can’t trade it in because the value has dropped between 2k and 3k. Parts department hung up on me in the middle of a conversation had no patience
As always, went in “just looking” and immediately met by Sean with great service. Sean is very knowledgable about the products and helpful all around. Not pushy or gimmicky. He knew exactly what I wanted and got me taken care of. Moving from sales to finance, Jared was also very helpful with protection products and interest rates. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This dealer took great care of me.
Kudos to John Marberry for showing a concern for customer satisfaction. I had a major issue with my service, but after voicing my frustration, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. All issues were handled, and respect was earned. If you have any issues whatsoever with this dealership's service department, ask for Mr. Marberry and he will get you taken care of. I will definitely return for future work.
Absolutely the WORST experience ever with a Toyota service department. Vehicle was dropped off to get diagnosis and estimate and sat for OVER A MONTH before I was given even a partial diagnosis. After expressing my frustration, I was told I would get a call back with the rest of the estimate. Multiple calls and voicemails yielded no response.
