In response to you telling me to contact the general manager, I went up there on a Saturday to discuss it and no one would even come out and look at the truck. Not even the manager on duty. That's why I said y'all don't care about the customer, only the sale/money.

Do Not Trust Loving TOYOTA air bags DO NOT Deploy even in a head on collision. I have Photos to prove that. Vehicle safety is not important to Loving Toyota or any Toyota dealership it is only about the Products like Their Gap Insurance in case you need it. Is A Joke they do not HONOR any of their agreements. Even will sell you a vehicle that doesn’t have alignment bolts . No You HAVE TO BUY THEM EXTRA WHEN THE TIRES WEAR OUT BEFORE 5 thousand miles.
We just bought a 2024 Toyota Tundra from Tommy Thompson and are overall very impressed with the way we were treated. He was quick to listen to everything we were wanting in a vehicle.. super nice and honest guy. This is the second Toyota I’ve had and both so far have been great vehicles.
