Kudos to John Marberry for showing a concern for customer satisfaction. I had a major issue with my service, but after voicing my frustration, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. All issues were handled, and respect was earned. If you have any issues whatsoever with this dealership's service department, ask for Mr. Marberry and he will get you taken care of. I will definitely return for future work.
Absolutely the WORST experience ever with a Toyota service department. Vehicle was dropped off to get diagnosis and estimate and sat for OVER A MONTH before I was given even a partial diagnosis. After expressing my frustration, I was told I would get a call back with the rest of the estimate. Multiple calls and voicemails yielded no response. I purchased my 25 Grand Highlander this week. Words can express how happy I am with my purchase. The guys, ALL of them from the online salesman, Bobby Nava to the finance guru, Jarod (?), my experience was pleasant and forthright.
