Service Dept was great. Ryan was my service guy and he was fantastic. Efficient polite professional, let’s just say he checked all the boxes for being an awesome help when I needed it. Thank you to Ryan and everyone there for being so great.
Edited*** Service department is absolutely horrendous. I’ve had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change. They are not equipped to handle anything more than basic services. My car went in a week ago for a repair. It should have been ready yesterday now they’re saying 3-4 more days if the part fixing the problem. It could be even longer if not. Go here if you want to feel pressured into signing a paper that the salesman said I had to sign in order to have me in an agreement that I would take the car I was looking at if they got me approved(with more likely a high monthly payment). I don't think I will ever go to this dealership ever again.
