I have been a customer for a few years. Started out great but more recently I have been unhappy with my experience. The staff is usually friendly and the work they do has generally been good. But my last 3 visits have all been with different hygienists due to employee turnover. And they engage in high pressure sales tactics. They constantly try to upsell me on products not covered by my insurance. My most recent trip the hygienist Mallory signed me up for a toothbrush offer without my consent. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful! My daughter's were very nervous about getting fillings, but the team completely put them at ease. They made the entire experience calm and relaxed. I highly recommend them for anyone with anxious children!

Excellent dental work and dentist. In my 86 years, I've never encountered a dental treatment without absolutely no pain but I did today. In the future, I would not hesitate to seek dental treatment at the Loving Smiles Office.
