We lost our Black lab, Shade about 5 weeks ago. He was almost 11 years old. He had lost mobility in his back legs 😢. He was such a blessing to our family! After he past, we got his remains back in 3 days. The box is very nice and the box it came in is also very nice. We miss him so very much. We will love him always and miss him until we meet again. I can’t say enough how wonderful they are and how happy they made us. We recently lost our Aussie and talking with others who have gone through vet clinics other than ours I was fully expecting to get the ashes back in a plastic bag (no joke). I was completely surprised to find a beautiful dark wooden box with their normal package items and information on their facility.
