I lived at Townley Court apartments for one year and am very happy with my overall experience. The location is wonderful, walkable to many lovely cafes, restaurants, Topiary park, the main library and many other places. I felt very safe in my apartment and appreciated how quickly things were repaired and maintained when needed. It was very affordable as well. I met many lovely people; friendly and helpful neighbors in my building. I highly recommend Townley Court.

I lived in Townley Court apartments under the Lovings management and it’s by the far best place I’ve ever lived. Not only did every maintenance request I put in get serviced the NEXT day, they’re really on top of keeping the building up to date on maintenance so you don’t have to. I lived here happily for 3 years and only moved due to needing more space and moving in with my partner. I loved that they were a family owned management and that they lived in the same area as me. I’d forever go back and rent from them again.

I hope to be able to rent a studio that became available. I applied online and uploaded the necessary documents. I have not yet heard from Mr. Loving, the realtor. Still hoping.

I rented a studio apartment here on short notice since I got a job in Columbus and had to move across the country in two weeks time. Among all the stresses of the move, I was delighted that moving here was not one of them. Despite being unable to tour the location before signing a lease (since I had not yet moved to Columbus), I was delighted to have found such an affordable, comfortable place to live. This is a great place to live. The staff and owner are a pleasure to work with. Townley Court is within walking distance to collages downtown including Columbus State Community Collage, Columbus School of Art and Design, Capital University and Franklin University. It’s also within walking distance to the Columbus Main Library and Columbus Art Museum, plus bars restaurants and coffee shops. An Uber ride is never more that 5-10 away.
