This is a great place to take your pet if money is no object. Every time I take my dog there it ends up costing me $300-$400 more than I expected. This last time, when we picked up my dog, they charged $250 for all of the extra tests they decided to do and then I got a bill in the mail later for another $120. The additional cost was never even mentioned while we were there - onsite! I've been going there almost since it opened and they have usually been great. We are sorry that you are upset Erin. We tried to explain everything to you. The original tests were ones that were agreed upon and paid for when your dog was dropped off for boarding. The extra charges were for medications for problems discovered through the tests. We did not start medication until we texted you and you agreed to treatment. Since you didn't pay those charges when you picked up your dog along with the medications, we sent a bill.

Staff is very friendly. I brought my dog in for grooming, and for the first time in 2 years my dog was excited to be at the groomers. I usually have to carry him inside. Jim does a great job and is great with animals. Thank you Jim and Loving Paws.
