went in this office today and didnt think anyone was ever going to wait on me. They sent my credit report out to like 12 different lendors without me knowing which hurt my credit. Then we talked them into making a deal, i signed on it and then they changed the numbers on me and refused me. I drove to Keating Nissan in Conroe 2 hours later and they got me in the same car for a lower payment and interest rate and the car was 4 thousand dollars cheaper for the newer model. I wouldnt recommend giving them your time

We bought our 2018 Nissan Murano last year and I've never been in a more friendly dealership, the staff was awesome and actually made buying a new car a very pleasant experience. The service department is great, I let Loving Nissan do all my service. I have only had to take it in for one warranty issue with the forward radar, and it was replaced IMMEDIATELY with no hassle whatsoever. Always friendly and helpful
Drove all the way from Tyler to do business with these guys.....had a tough start but dealing with James Bruce was great! He told me what he could do for me and my wife by just looking at pictures and a video of our walk around, got there the following week and is wasn’t exactly what he said but it was very close which made me very happy! Got my wife her armada and the deal went smooth as planned! Thankyou all again!!!!! Don’t believe it.....go to James Bruce and find out for yourself!

Both of my key fobs stopped working at the same time. I wanted a diagnostic to try and determine why this happened. They merely wanted to charge me $125 to reprogram the same ole fobs they referred to as “throw away” items. For me, if both stop working at the same time, something is wrong with the truck. I scheduled a diagnostic and made my appointment. The dealership did not run the diagnostic. It cost me $125 to find out they don’t care about the customer.
