My 2013 Nissan Altima was diagnosed with a broken door inside the air conditioner/heating unit mounted inside the dash. I ordered and paid for the part ($930.66) April 13, 2023. These guys have been ripping me off for the last 3 months. They basically had me with my hands tied. I brought them my car to have it fixed. The *** was messed up so I had ordered one and brought it to them to have it programmed into the vehicle. They had told me it "didn't work". So they order a new part and that "didn't work. Well 3 months goes by and I finally pick up the car in an undrivable condition. Trailer it 40 minutes away just to put the part that I brought them on the car. ************, running and driving. I had my car in the Nissan dealership for more than 3 months and they kept telling me they were looking into the issue and may not be able to do anything. They kept trying to get me to trade it in for another vehicle! They bought a new computer and put it into the car but claimed it was still not going to run. We paid more than $500 just for the part and more than $300 in labor fees! Im not so much concerned for the labor fees as I am the computer! Brought in my 2017 Frontier today was having trouble with AC blower motor. I had no appointment but they took it in right away and found the problem. Took less than 30 minutes and the new blower motor should be at the dealership in a day or two. They showed me how to get the blower to work for the time being. Everyone in the service department is so nice and friendly
This is my 4th time buying a vehicle with them.. They are just Awesome!!😘
