I really do not like leaving bad reviews but I have to for this. I walked in to see if I could get a pedicure. Last minute I know but they said they could do one and they kindly said yes. I greatly appreciated that. The young lady that worked on my nails seemed very inexperienced. She was nice but I had to tell her three times to cut my nails shorter. They still were too long. Been coming here for years for eyebrow waxing. The owner and employees are all amazing. Best spa in town
Wish I could post less. Went there for a pedicure and an acrylic fill. My pedicure was poorly done. My nails were cut crooked! And extremely short!!!! I showed the staff the photo I wanted done as an accent nail. She told me no problem. I needed to have 2 nails replaced and the rest filled. The technician started taking my acrylic nails off!!!! My mom and I absolutely love it here! The owner is amazing, and her employees are so kind and welcoming. ❤️ We always have such a great experience and truly appreciate the wonderful service.
Told us to come in for 6pm not a problem we didn't leave the place until 8pm it took them a whole hour just to glue tips on im from the city of Toronto I've never gone to a nail salon where standard nail polish is not part of your services cleanliness is definitely something they need to work on
