I am extremely disappointed in this company. I have paid for several packages and have not finished the services. They have been closed since COVID, unable to leave a message or get in contact with them regarding a partial refund since they chose to no longer offer services. Very disappointed in their ethical practices and wish they would contact their existing client base to do the right thing.

Loving Laser people are the worst. Don't even consider going there. My daughter is not even half way through, and they aren't reopened. Quite a few places have been reopened. She takes your Money and doesn't follow through. She robbes you!!!

Went in on 11/19 and paid for 8 treatments. Saw nurse that day to go over my prescriptions. She said I was on 2 photosensitive meds that may cause me to get blisters. I had already given them my credit card and when I came out from consult I said I did not want to do this. She said she could not give my money back because my credit card already went through. Had to take Loving Laser to court to get a refund for services not rendered because owner refused to issue refund herself. Won my case for everything I was asking for. Owner had 10 days to pay, it's been six weeks. Have to now go back to court and have judge order owner to give me her list of interrogatories (list of assets and financials) because owner refuses to do it herself. This place is the worst and I cannot believe they are still in business. The owner was very quick to take my payment but when I showed up to my appointment no one was there. They rescheduled me for the following day and I showed up and they said I wasn't on the book again. I requested a refund and the owner told she does not give refunds even though no contract was ever signed. She finally agreed to give me a refund but has given excuse after excuse saying she is not in the office or busy at that time. She keeps saying... read more

Been going since 2008. Failure to see results on legs & I’ve been 100% compliant. Customer service last 12 mo has been awful. They cancel appointments and don’t tell you until you call to confirm. Moved location without notification of clients other than noting it on Facebook. Isn’t that patient/client abandonment? Lasers have been broke for about a year so they are using outdated equipment. My friend was even scarred from the old equipment. The Nashville office closed a few years ago & I wonder what’s going on in Louisville... read more

Poorly ran business which starts with owner. Very unprofessional. Many times had 10 am appt and didnt get called back till 1030 or later. Went for appt this morning and AFTER I arrived I was informed the laser they have used on me the last 10 yrs... yes, 10 yrs wasn't working and may never work again. Instead they were gonna use a larger, much more painful laser that they used for my 1st treatment which required numbing cream. I overheard several cancellations while in the office today. Teresa Loving is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Staff was all very nice- I have tried repeatedly to contact the owner with NO RESPONSE! Horribly run buisness!
