Not Happy I purchased my 2001 honda civic form there 7 years ago. This is supposed to be a brand new car nothing wrong with it. 4 years later when I was thinking about getting tradeing my car in and get a newer model car, the dealership tells me that my back bumper has been painted. I say no, I had no work done to my car and I have not had any accidents. He says well ma'am your car's back bumper has been painted. Not at any time, did this dealership, Mercer Honda, tell me this information. I think that is fraudulant.
Best Dealership we have ever been to This dealership was SO helpful and the salesman wasn't pushy at all. We LOVE our car and they made you feel so welcome and more like family than a buyer. We were very pleased and it is the best service we have ever received from a dealership. We will return here next time we purchase a vehicle. If you hate the pushiness of most dealers, try this one, you'll love it!
Perfect Place for Buying We walked in and within 30minutes were driving away in our new car. This dealership is the most wonderful to deal with. NO HAGGLING! Great product! We are die-hard Honda fans. We only have one Honda dealership in the area--Mercer Honda. We purchased our last vehicle from them and has a very positive experience. We were able to complete the transaction quickly and take our new CR-V home. The saleman has sent us cards in the mail asking us to contact them if we are in need of anything, the service department has been exceptional, and we always feel like we have been taken care of.
