I want to write a longer and more thorough review of what I felt they did well and areas that I felt were lacking, which were many. There was a lot of miscommunication. In short, I believe they took me (a rare, young, and somewhat controversial case) on as a client to “save” me instead of respecting my decision to cease treatment/recovery, and instead pushed and encouraged it. Loving hearts took care of my father at the end of life and when he passed they helped our family make the calls and stay with us till my dad was picked up. We are so thankful for them. I highly recommend loving hearts to anyone in need of hospice care.

Loving Hearts Hospice and Palliative Care did an outstanding job helping our family through my father in law's terminal illness. Jamie spent time explaining what was going to happen to my mother in law. She took time and care doing so and left her some great publications to help her through the process. Her staff was professional and amazing. They made sure all our medications and equipment needs were met.
