They are the most gentle and helpful dentist experience I've had in years. That says A Lot. I've experienced some uncaring people over the years. Highly Recommend Castillo. She's the bees knees.
This is an incident that happened a few months ago and deserves accountability for racial discrimination. The women working in the office were laughing at my name when I checked in and once I sat down to fill my paperwork, going onto halfway through, they mocked mexican food names amongst each other since they couldn’t pronounce my name. DO NOT GO HERE! Nurse Ratched (aka Nurse practitioner Gay) does not want to see or hear from patients. When I told her I had bronchitis (because I get it every couple years and I know when I have it) she told me I didn't. Tested positive for Covid (who doesn't? ) and told me she couldn't check me for bronchitis without seeing me. Won't see me because I have "Covid". When I try to explain to her, she gets snotty with me. Then she asks questions that I already told her and acts like she figured it out and calls me a smart ass.... read more
