Dr.Valdez is so good with children. My baby boy loves her. She is very thorough, very patient, caring and she is so sweet. The staff is also so nice. Ive never had an issue and ive always been able to make appointments same day…Definitely recommend.
Terrified when my child walked in also the nurse that has a heavy Cuban accent has a hostile demeanor. Only reason I went there we are new to town. I will ZERO recommend this place to any caring parent. Be prepared to be disappointed.
I absolutely love this office. I appreciate how warm and welcoming Dr. Ana is and how she cares for the littles. You definitely won't find a doctor that greets you at visits as if you were family. Wait times are always short which I appreciate since it is hardwork keeping a 1 year old still. It is also a diverse office and the front desk lady is always friendly. Would for sure recommend!
Si pudiera darle 0 de calificación se la daba ! Pésima actitud de la señora que atiende en front desk, pregunto en español y me responde en inglés, yo no hablo mucho inglés es por eso que pregunto en español !!! Y cuando le digo que por favor me hable en español solo hace mala cara, cuando pregunto de las vacunas de mis hijos, ella responde viéndo solo la computadora, y me dice Ya las tiene, obviamente vengo con ellas por que yo no sé de vacunas, y me dice ahí dice las que tiene, y yo ok entonces las dos es una sola ?
